Matt aims to follow Lewis’s tracks
Boy racer Matt Davies is on the fast track to Formula One stardom after a sensational start to his career behind the wheel.
The South Staffordshire 12-year-old has already lifted 16 trophies since starting in motorsport just six months ago. Now he plans to line up in the Stars Of Tomorrow kart series in the UK and Belgium next year aiming to follow in the tyre tracks of his hero Lewis Hamilton. (read more)

Cannon Raceway circuit layout is changed several times a year making it one of the most popular and innovative tracks in the UK. It has well maintained Pro-Karts equipped with catalytic converters and runs a state of the art track management computer system, a large electronic scoreboard, with high resolution monitors and full race printouts.
The circuit is a member of the National Karting Association and complies to the very highest safety standards. All of the safety equipment necessary is provided as part of the package including full-face helmets, race suits, gloves and balaclavas and there are several race formats to choose from.

Matt's Vision for the future
Matt has had the passion and desire to be a Formula 1 racing driver since before Lewis Hamilton became well known 18 months ago. His friends over the past few years have been good at football, cricket, horse riding etc and although Matt had always been included in cricket and football teams, he will be the first to admit that it wasn't exactly his forte until he stepped in to a seat of a Go kart at the tender age of 10. Matt quickly realised that not only did he really enjoy this pastime; he was actually very good at it. (read more)
